A how-to guide on effectively using the LyfeFocus Back Stretcher S1


The LyfeFocus Back Stretcher helps to reduce back, neck and shoulder pain by gently correcting the position of the spine and reversing the damage caused from poor posture and hunching. It’s ideal for people who spend prolonged time sitting down or working at desks.

The gentle stretching position helps restore the back’s natural curvature, improving flexibility and relieving the built-up tension in the muscles.

Insert the wider side of the stretcher board into the wider side of the base. Please use with the wider part of the back stretcher at the base of the back. The side with the logo should be towards the mid upper back.

For best results:

• We recommend using the back stretcher once a day for 5 minutes.

• The maximum usage is twice a day for 5 minutes each session.

• Leave at least 4 hours between each session.

The stretcher can be used at 3 different levels depending on how experienced the user is, allowing you to adjust the height to your desired stretch and comfort. We would recommend using level one and two for the first few weeks as you become fully used to using the back stretcher.

Do not use the third level unless you feel comfortable at level one and two.

How to adjust the Back Stretcher:

Sit with the stretcher in between your knees, positioning the side with 3 adjustable levels away from you.

Bend slightly and place the smaller logo side into the desired adjustment level.

Adjust to 3 different height levels: Get yourself in a sitting position with the base of the stretcher at the very bottom of your back.

Gently lower yourself down using your arms to get into position. Once stable and comfortable, relax the back to get the full benefit of the stretch.
