It is quite painful in the beginning but definitely works away at the tension in your body – it is easier to work it out in your legs than your back, as you have to balance on it, but it does work well for the whole body for sure.

Perfect size for full body roll out. Take it easy – dont forget to breath through the rolls. Great on any part of your body and gives a deep massage – feels painful at the time of use (keep breathing) however after you feel great. Go for it and buy it – good value for money.
